I purchased my first item with Reserved yesterday and they've just cancelled it for no reason. The item is still available on their website yet they can't send it to me, seriously! My credit card payment went through, they've no reason to cancel other than trying to get me to rebuy at full price now I've used up my 10% first-time customer discount.
I bought a pair of trousers I really loved and that were a really reasonable price. The next day I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. I followed up with the query and was given a very vague response that still didn't tell me why my order was cancelled. So overall pretty dissatisfied with the service.

I will never!! ridiculous customer service.. after spending hours on their website ordering clothes just for them to cancel my order with no valid reason.. And then it’s been seven good days and I haven’t gotten a return.. and they won’t reply to my emails..
Good quality of clothing for a good price. Pleased with the delivery by dpd as well, the courier is always with a smile. And returns are easy as well
I have been shopping at Reserved for many years, I’m always happy with my items! The clothing are always excellent quality with very fast shipping even with COVID and Brexit happening!
Worst customer service don’t purchase online.I brought a coat around the 15th December 2020 returned it back on the 28th December 2020 got no email to say they received it call them numerous times it’s now 21/01/2021 have not got my money back I keep calling customer service advisor keeps lying about my refund I would never purchase from this company they LIE and say you will receive payment nothing it’s actual they THEY DONT REPLY TO YOUR EMAIL I cannot believe company can take your money and take the item back and not refund you absolutely disgusting .
I have bought a bag and most recently a Red Puffa coat from Reserved.Both have been really good quality and very reasonably priced. I have been very pleased with the quality of the items. They have arrived within the dates specified. They were very well packed. I have had to return my last order , and I did have to contact t Customer Service to get a free return label, but they emailed it to me the same day. Although my return has been delivered it is taking a long time to register as returned. I paid through Klarna which was payment in 14 days, so I just let Klarna know it has been returned and they pause it until they receive confirmation of return. So I find with Reserved this is the best way to order goods. I will definately use them again in the future.
I ordered a item on the 16th of December 2020 they had advertising that the items would be delivered by Christmas. the lady who i spoke to when I called customer service was not very helpful either. my order number is 20100337585. never ever again will I buy from this company and I suggest you dont either.
Ordered on 16th of December. Website made it seem as though order would easily make it in time for Christmas. December 24th, it hasn’t arrived. Appalling. If you’re not going to make it in time, let your customer know and allow them to cancel. Orders I placed AFTER this one arrived in plenty of time. Don’t recommend. Order #20100337650
15 days later, no parcel!!! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. Wish i had read the reviews before ordering. First and last time ordering here!
The shipping is very slow...did not state item was coming from Poland as website states a London address, very misleading indeed!! Now I am waiting for an Xmas gift that obviously will not arrive in time!! Not happy and I am a first time customer, will not use again for sure!
I placed an order on the 29th of November and I waited 2 weeks for the items. When I checked the status of the order it was mentioned that the package was received. I didn't receive it and when I emailed them they said that the courier tried to deliver the package, but unsuccessfully, and they sent the package to their warehouse and they couldn't resend it. They even didn't want to tell me what company was supposed to deliver the order.
They offered me a discount code and a full refund in 14 days and they "recommended" to place a new order which will never happen again as some of the items are not in stock anymore and some of them were for Christmas.
Ordered online from this store for the first time. Glad didn't read the reviews or I'd have never taken the risk. Ordered 2 jackets and 2 jumpers form my sons. The clothes are good quality, sizes spot on. One of the jumpers came wrong colour as I've ordered dark grey and black and got 2 black ones, but we'll keep them as I read the return process is complicated.
Must add that I've chosen the option to pay the courier and in my experience usually there are less problems with the order then.
